Consumers partake of these activities themselves without realizing it whereas a business admin on the selling side has to work on it.

Leads and CRM

A Lead is a person who is interested in the product or service you sell and they might become your customer, but currently isn't. Companies generate leads from a variety of sources, then follow up with each one to see if the business lead is a good fit for what they sell.

A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system helps manage the customers. CRM helps in gathering and details about an individual or representatives of an organization.

Overview

 

Lead Overview - Here you will get the overall view of the leads in the system

Number of Leads by Type - There will be different categories for the leads depending on the status of the leads within the system like:

  • Prospects - They are the new Leads
  • Tentative - They are likely to become a Customer
  • Potential Leads - Those are the leads who are interested to associate
  • Contacts - These are the leads who are in your Contacts
  • Closed - These are the leads who are not interested in the associate
  • Customers - The leads that are Won and converted as customers

Lead Information - Pictorial representation of the leads summary

Appointments - The details of the scheduled appointments could be viewed here.

Lead Sources - The  pictorial representation of the source of the lead (eg: Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

 

 

Leads by Progress

Here you can find the history of all the leads owned by you.

  • Name - Name of the lead
  • Email - The email address of the lead
  • Phone - The phone number of the lead
  • Added On - The date at which the lead was added
  • Status - The current status of the lead
  • Source - The source from which the lead has been generated
  • Owner - The owner of the lead

  • Manage- From this option, you can manage the details of the lead

  • Send email - You can directly send an email to the respective lead using this option

  • You also have an option to schedule the emails later by configuring the date and time.

  • View Details

  • You will be redirected to Lead Details where you will get the complete details of the lead from this option which includes:

  • Edit Last Appointment - This option helps to edit the appointment details
    • Lead - The name and email address of the lead
    • From and To - The Starting and end date and time of the appointment 
    • Appointment note - You can add the note for the appointment 
    • Appointment status - You can choose the status of the appointment, whether it is pending/ confirmed/ completed etc.
    • Once saved the details will be updated

  • Update - Admin can update the lead details like

Assignee - The person who is assigned as responsible one for the further processes of a lead

  • First Name - First name of the lead
  • Last Name - Last Name of the lead
  • Email - email address of the lead 
  • Phone - The phone number of the lead
  • Location - The location of the lead
  • Source - The source from which the lead has been generated
  • Status - The current status of the lead
  • Message - If there are any messages or new messages from the lead, the message could be added and the previous message could be replaced from this option.
  • You can save or reset the updated data

  • Recent Activities - Here we will have the history of all the activities the lead owner has made.

  • Notes - You can add any notes regarding the leads and lead status

  • Schedule Appointment - You can schedule the appointment for that lead using this option

  • Lead - The name and email address of the lead
  • From and To - The Starting and end date and time of the appointment 
  • Appointment note - You can add the note for the appointment 
  • Appointment status - You can choose the status of the appointment, whether it is pending/ confirmed/ completed etc.
  • Once saved, appointments for that lead will be created. 

  • Edit - With this option, you can edit the following lead details:

  • Assignee
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email 
  • Phone Number
  • Location
  • Source 
  • Status
  • Message

  • Delete - You can delete the lead

Actions 

  • Delete - You can delete the lead using this option, Select the lead or leads to be deleted and delete them.

  • Export - You can export the details of the lead as a CSV file by selecting the required leads using this option

  • Send Email - You will be redirected to the email page

 

 

  • You have an option to send the bulk email for a set of leads based on the status and also to individual leads.
  • You also have an option to schedule the emails later by configuring the date and time.

ADD -  With this option, you can add a new lead by filling in the details

  • Assignee - The person who is assigned as responsible one for the further processes of a lead

  • Last Name - Last Name of the lead

  • Email - email address of the lead 

  • Phone - The phone number of the lead

  • Location - The location of the lead

Import CSV 

  • You can import the details of the lead using this option so that you don't have to add the users individually into the system.

 

  •  You can upload the CSV file by filling in the details first name, last name, email, phone, location, status, source, message
  • You can download the template for the data upload from the “Download Template” 

  • Once the data is filled you can upload the file and click on the “Upload” button.

  • You have an option to Preview and Reset the uploaded file

Filter

The filter option help you to reach the exact lead details you are looking for, you can filter using the fields like First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Status, and Owner

Assigned leads

  • Manage - From this option, you can edit the details of the appointment or delete it.

    • Appointment note - You can add the note for the appointment 
    • Appointment status - You can choose the status of the appointment, whether it is pending/ confirmed/ completed etc.

Action

  • Delete - You can delete the lead using this option, Select the lead or leads to be deleted and delete them.

ADD

You can schedule a new appointment using this option

Filter

The filter option help you to reach the exact lead details you are looking for, you can filter using the fields like Lead name, From and To date, Appointment Status and User
