With this option, we can able to view the Available Courses within the system. Here we have an option to subscribe to the Available Courses. 

          

 

Suppose if we click on the course we can able to see the course details.

 Filter: Filter helps us to search with the Course name, Language, and Course vendor.

  With this option, we can able to view the Subscribed Courses within the system. 

          

 Here we can able to see the Subscribed Courses.

My Certificates

My Certificates

In this option, we can able to view the certificates of the courses that we have completed.

    

  In the manage section, we have an option to download the certificate of the courses that we have completed during the training period.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the Course details.

Course Settings

Course Settings

With this option, we can able to do the entire course settings within the system. Here we can add the course, modules, chapters, links, etc.

Depending upon the requirement we can able to modify the course settings.

       

Manage Category

Manage Category

With this option, Admin can create different categories according to the requirement. We can add many categories here so that it will be easy to categorize the course. Categories give an idea of the course for the users.

        

In this option, we have three features such as Add, Action, and  Filter.

Add- To create a new category in the course that we have to provide some basic information in the category such as

Category: We need to provide a Category name.

Description: We need to provide a short description of the category.

Once we created the category then there is an option to Edit in the Manage option.

Action: With this option, If we want to delete the category that we have created then we can select the category and we can delete it.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the category name.

Manage Tags

Manage Tags 

 With this option, Admin can create different Tags according to the requirement. We can add many Tags here so that it will be easy to categorize the course.

     

In this option, we have three features such as Add, Action, and  Filter.

Add- To create a new Tag in the course that we have to provide some basic information to the tag such as

Category: We need to provide a Tag name.

Description: We need to provide a short description of the tag.

Once we created the category then there is an option to Edit and Delete in the Manage option.

Action: With this option, If we want to delete the tag that we have created then we can select the tag and we can delete it.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the tag name.

 

Manage Course

Manage Course

With this option, Admin can create different courses according to the requirement. We can add many courses here so that it will be easy to categorize the course.

      

In this option, we have three features such as Add New, Action, and  Filter.

Action: With this option, If we want to delete the course that we have created then we can select the course and we can delete it.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the Course name.

Here if we have created the course then we can able to provide the modules for each course.

Let's go step  by step

Step 1: Create a course.

Add New- To create a new course we have to provide some basic information to the course such as

Name: We need to provide a course name in this field.

Title: In this option, we need to provide the title name of the course.

Description: We need to provide a short description of the outline of the course that we are providing.

Category: We need to choose the category 

Image: Need to upload the image for the course.

Tags: Need to provide the tags for the course. We can able to choose one or more Tags.

Language: We can able to choose the language for the course.

Rank: Here in this feature depending upon the rank basis the course will be available for the users. If the user achieved a specific rank that is set by the Admin then the users can avail of this particular course. We can able to choose one or more ranks.

Course package: Here in this feature depending upon the package basis the course will be available for the users. If the user chooses the higher package then the users can avail of the particular course. We can able to choose one or more packages.

User Group: Here we can choose the user group. We can able to choose one or more users group.

Step 2: Add modules for the course.

Add New- To create new modules we have to provide Module Number, Title, and Description.

 

 

Once we created the course then there is an option to See modules, Subscriber List, Edit, Delete, in the Manage option.

 See modules: We can able to view the modules in the course.    

Subscriber List: We can able to view who all have subscribed to the course in this particular option.

Edit: We can able to edit the modules. If we want to make any changes in the modules we can able to do it here.

Delete: We can able to delete the modules if we want.     

                   

Step 3:  Add chapters in the modules.

Add New- To create new chapters we have to provide Chapter Numbers, Titles, and Descriptions.

Step 4:  Add resources in the chapters.

Once chapters are created then we can able to view resources for the chapters.

Add New- To create new resources we have to provide Numbers, Titles, Descriptions, Duration Choose Platform, Upload File (Uploaded to own server).

 

Manage Module

Manage Module 

With this option, Admin can create different modules according to the requirement. We can add many modules here so that it will be easy to categorize the course.

  

In this option, we have three features such as Add, Action, and  Filter.

Add - To create a new course in the course that we have to provide some basic information to the course such as

Module Number: Here we can able to add the modules of the courses. We can categorize each module as per our choice and we can add many modules and can give numbers to each module we add.

Title: Here we can provide the title to each module.

Description: Here we can provide the description for each module we have added.

Course: Here we can able to select a course. Whatever courses we have configured we will be able to see in this option.

Kindly note that all fields are mandatory.

With this option, Admin can create different chapters according to the requirement. We can add many chapters here so that it will be easy to categorize the course.

            

In this option, we have three features such as Add, Action, and  Filter.

Add - To create a new chapter in the course that we have to provide some basic information to the course such as

Number: Here we can provide the number for all the chapters in the course.

Title: Here we can give the title for the chapters. For each chapter, we can able to provide the title.

Description: Here we can give the description for each chapter.

Module: Here we can able to select the module. Whatever modules we have configured we will be able to see in this option.

Action: With this option, If we want to delete the chapter that we have created then we can select the chapter and we can delete it.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the Chapter Title, Course Name, and Module Title

Kindly note that all fields are mandatory.

Add New- To create new resources we have to provide Numbers, Titles, Descriptions, Duration Choose platforms, Upload files (Uploaded to own server).

 

Manage Links 

With this option, Admin can create different links according to the requirement. We can add the external links that are related to the course.

     

In this option, we have three features such as Add, Action, and  Filter.

Add - To create a new link in the course that we have to provide some basic information to the course such as

Link title: Here we have to provide a Link Title.

Link URL: Here we have to provide a link URL.

Course:  Here we have to select a Course.

 

Action: With this option, If we want to delete the link that we have created then we can select the link and we can delete it.

Filter: Filter helps us to search with the  Title and the course name.

Manage Certificate

With this option, Admin can create different certificates according to the requirement. We can add the content of the certificates in this option.

Content 

With this option, we can create the content for the certificates of the courses 

 

Here in this option, we have provided  sub-menus such as

Certificate header: To provide a Certificate header in this menu. For Eg: Certificate.

Certificate header 2:To provide a Certificate header 2: For Eg: Of Course Completion.

Certificate description: To provide a Certificate description.For Eg: Awarded to

Certificate detail text: To provide a Certificate detail text. For Eg:For the successful completion of {{course_name}} - {{course_title}}. Many congratulations on the achievement and we appreciate {{name}} for his/her efforts.

Logo and Signature

Logo and Signature

With this option, Admin can create a logo and Signature according to the requirement. We can add the logo and Signature of the certificates in this option.

Here in this option, we have provided  sub-menus such as

Certificate logo: Here we can upload the image for the certificate logo. 

Certificate signature: Here we can upload the image for the certificate signature.

 

Training Resource

In this option, we can able to view the Training Resources that we have created in the Manage resources.
